- Swap milkshake drinks for skimmed or semi-skimmed milk
- If you drink dairy free alternatives such as soy milk, picking a fortified and lower fat/sugar option is a healthier choice
- If you add sugar or syrup to hot drinks, think about cutting down how much you add, or how often
- Swap sugary alcoholic drinks such as alcopops, flavoured ciders, and mixers, for lower-sugar alternatives
- Swap alcoholic drinks for low or alcohol free drinks
