There are thousands of family friendly recipes out there. However, it can be difficult to have all of the ingredients a recipe requires

- Look in your cupboards, fridge and freezer to see what you have and what you need to use up
- Getting everyone involved can help. Children might be more likely to eat a meal if they help choose and prepare it
- Tweaking your favourite meals or recipes can give you and your family new options to try
- There will be some trial and error, but trying new things is a great start
