Meals are usually a mix of a number of different food groups.

It can sometimes be difficult to understand how our food relates to healthy eating advice, as our meals are often a mixture of foods from different groups

The tips we have provided in the sections look at these different food groups, such as starchy foods and fruit & vegetables.

As a start, it might be helpful to think about making just one part of a meal a little bit healthier.
